This mobile app is designed to give businesses complete visibility over every customer interaction, from first contact through to ongoing communication, and continued engagement driven by processes and automations. The appointment calendar, unified business inbox, website chatbot conversations, is all integrated here.

This app records prospects by creating their own contact profile, and illlustrates all key information, such as general contact info (e.g. name, phone, email), what their first contact method was (e.g. forms, chatbot, SMS, email), their most recent enquiry type (e.g. quotes, appointments, callbacks), and communication history (i.e. unified chat collating all conversations between you and the customer).

This ensures businesses always have full context before responding, without needing to search through multiple platforms or message threads, allowing you to make easier and quicker informed decisions, to then take the next best action. It allows you to quickly review previous interactions, understand a customer’s current needs, and identify what to do next.

From an operational standpoint, the only manual action required by business owners is moving contacts through pipeline stages. Contacts are automatically entered into Stage 1 when captured by the system, and are then to be manually moved into Stage 2 once the job is completed. That's it, just 1 simple manual action per client. From there, automations and processes handle everything else, including review request sequences, referral campaigns, and return customer campaigns, ensuring we make the most and maximise from every single customer.
