Hi, I'm Marshall Monger, founder of Growth Systems Co.

I've always been passionate about building and growing businesses. Over the years, I've launched and operated multiple service-based businesses, including a lawn care business, window cleaning business, and removals business. Through these ventures, I gained first-hand experience with the challenges contractors and home service businesses face every day, from missed enquiries and inconsistent follow-ups to the constant pressure of managing customer communication while trying to complete jobs.

Alongside my business experience, I hold a Bachelor of Business with studies spanning financial and management accounting, auditing and assurance, taxation, business law, economics, finance and risk management, and business research. This foundation strengthened my understanding of business operations, financial performance, strategic decision-making, and sustainable growth.

While growing my own businesses, I began implementing websites, appointment scheduling systems, follow-up messaging, review generation strategies, and customer reactivation campaigns to streamline operations and improve results. These systems helped generate more reviews, create additional revenue opportunities, and reduce the amount of manual administration required to run the business. My lawn care business grew to the point of generating consistent revenue, and then I later sold the client list to another business owner looking to expand their portfolio.

Growth Systems Co has been built and refined through real-world business experience with one goal in mind: to help contractors and home service businesses generate more enquiries, convert more customers, and save valuable time.
