Overview
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Growth Systems Co (“we”, “us”, “our”), a sole trader operating in Perth, Western Australia, Australia.
By purchasing or using our services, you (“client”, “you”, “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
Services Provided
Growth Systems Co provides a subscription-based automated business growth system, which includes:
- A Modern Smart Talking Website
- Smart Google Review Management System
- Missed-Call Text-Back System
- AI Receptionist Chat Bot
- Form Submission Auto-Replies
- Automated Review Requests
This system is designed to assist with lead conversion and customer engagement, and is not a direct advertising service.
Pricing, Subscriptions & Changes
- Services are billed at $297 AUD per month
- No separate setup fee is charged (setup is included within the subscription)
- Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless cancelled
- Clients may subscribe for a single month or ongoing service
We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Reasonable notice will be provided prior to any pricing changes.
Payments & Failed Payments
All payments are securely processed via Stripe.
By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly billing.
If a payment fails:
- An immediate reminder will be issued
- A second reminder will be sent after 7 days
- If payment is not received within 14 days, your access may be suspended or cancelled
Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable.
No full or partial refunds will be issued once a billing period has commenced.
Cancellation, Suspension and Termination
Clients may cancel their subscription at any time.
Services remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
No further charges will apply after cancellation.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:
- Payments are not made
- These Terms are violated
- Unethical, illegal, or improper use is detected
Service Availability, Support & Client Responsibility
We aim to provide:
- 24/7 system availability
- Ongoing support via SMS and email
However, uninterrupted or error-free service is not guaranteed.
Clients are responsible for:
- Responding to leads
- Following up with prospects
- Using the system appropriately
Failure to act on leads or properly use the system is solely the client’s responsibility.
Results Disclaimer
Growth Systems Co provides a lead-conversion system, not a direct advertising service.
While certain features may indirectly improve business visibility (such as review generation), we do not guarantee results, including:
- Increased leads
- Increased revenue
- Business growth outcomes
Results depend significantly on the client’s effort, responsiveness, and follow-up.
Acceptable Use
Clients must not use our services for:
- Illegal activities
- Unethical or misleading practices
- Spam or abusive communication
- Fake or manipulated reviews
We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate services if such behaviour is identified.
Data & Privacy
We handle system-related data only and do not sell personal information.
We may use third-party providers, including Stripe, to deliver our services.

Intellectual Property
Clients retain ownership of their own data and content.
Growth Systems Co retains full ownership of:
- Systems
- Automations
- Workflows
- Pipelines
- Templates
Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable right to use the system during an active subscription.
Limitations of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Growth Systems Co shall not be liable for:
- Lost revenue
- Missed leads
- Business interruptions
- Indirect or consequential damages
All services are provided on an “as is” basis.
Govering Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
